Sentient Design was appointed in partnership with Karoline Klein Landscape Architecture to develop a play space design that reflected the Harcourt community.
Set in the cente of town underneath an estalbished tree canopy, the space connects other open space reserves and faciities in the town.
The highly accessible space featured a large tower customised to reflect local agricultural history. This theme was extended with other references to the apple growing families of the district. Harcourt granite a local and distinctive stone was also featured in several ways. Sculptures from local craftspeople were included.
