A long standing Kyneton business was investing in a new commercial office building that would become a significant street presence and address for the business. While the circulation and site design was largely set by the architect, the landscape design needed to provide an appropriate landscape setting and satisfy local government requirements.
The initial concept proposed a car park design that incoporated water sensitive urban design elements to capture and pre-treat storm water prior to discharge from the site.
A selection of deciduous exotic, native and indigenous trees responded to the climate and cultural landscape of the Macedon Ranges.
