As a part of a major office renovation, a fully enclosed courtyard was to also to be refit to provide a green outlook. Entirely enclosed within glass walls, the courtyard would provide a major visual focus from many points within the building.
A modest budget required an efficient and simple solution that would provide maximum impact.
A simple 3D visualisation enabled a study of sun and ashade across the year. It also allowed the design to be assessed from all viewpoints.
