This residential subdivision in Huntly north of Bendigo has a boundary with the Midland Highway to the east. A strategy was developed to present a design to the local authority for approval that considered sightlines, privacy and indigenous vegetation.
The plan provided a legible plan to for consideration that clearly illustrated the concept in both plan and section views.
