The Peppercorns play space was to be located on a linear corridor with a major Shared Path running down the length. The overgrown space was characterised by several large old peppercorn trees which also provided significant shade.
The play space was envisaged as a series of nodes along a side track coming directly off the Shared Path. As well as more traditional equipment, the play space included some natural play elements and a pump track. A large existing mound of fill was grassed and a fort structure placed at the top.
